today i found out i got my freind pregnant it was a one night stand 2 months ago and she neva told me i only found out now !! i offered her child support and for me to b their but she said no what do i do i dont want this child to grow up haten me

I've got news for you, whenever the child has any medical care, they will come to the father for the payment. When that happens, ask the court for a paternity test. Let them know that she refused any offers before the birth, so there must be doubt as to who the father really is. A simple blood test can be a start. If you are the father, then you would also have parental rights, which would include visitation.

I'd demand a paternity test as soon as you possibly can! If, in fact, you are the father, you can fight for custody, if you really want to... Or, if you're not just let her find out who the daddy really is... Paternity test first, everything else later...
