Make sure you're stocked up on food, water and medicine. Find shelter and be prepared with weapons. Hide somewhere and hope it all blows over, if it doesn't - then try to find a way out of the situation. Perhaps there's a country that hasn't been affected that will provide asylum. The worst you could ever do would be to panic.
