Make the diet more a way of life?
Losing and gaining over and over is worse for your health than just being over weight.
My boyfriend lost a lot of weight by eating as much as he wanted before 2pm, light food after 2.
You can't diet it away, you have to change your lifestyle completely to keep it off. I know you don't want to hear that, I didn't want to hear it either but it's really the only way. If you look at it as a diet and deny yourself things, you will constantly crave them. I lost weight by largely cutting meat out of my diet (I happened to live with a vegetarian and it just naturally happened that way) but I still have a burger if I want one it's just a really occasional thing. I ate more fruits also and stopped using so much sugar. After a few weeks, all of the sweets that I used to love to eat were too sweet. I stopped drinking soda's and drank water. Again, after a time it becomes normal. I hate exercise so I just walked most everywhere I wanted to go and using the stairs. They were small changes but they made a big difference.
Use more calories than you put in :)
