drink a LOT of water before you sleep or pass out. alchohol dehydrates you, causing headaches and the such. if there's a lot of water in your system, you shouldn't suffer the affects of dehydration. aka "a hangover".

Drink water before you go to bed.... the headaches cause your dehydrated so if you have water before you go to sleep it takes the worst of the headache away!!!<br />

Put a bottle by your bed before you go out so you dont forget

I did it for 40 years and it never hurt me. Of course I don't get Drunk EVERY Night. I only did this when I was worried I had Partaken too much,Maybe once every few months.
