    They don't live long enough to be a good pet. You would be lucky to get 2 years out of an octopus. Considering how awesome they are it would be depressing to lose it so soon after getting it :(

    Yeah they are amazing creatures. Their ability to change shape, color and size always blows my mind.

    That would be awesome, but I understand they are hard to keep, they ink if they get spooked, and that dirties the water fast.

    They're escape artists to the whole tank has to have a tight fitting lid. They can pass through any hole that is big enough for their beak (the only hard part of their body). An octopus the size of a watermellon can get through a hole the size of a nickel.

    Other than that, pretty cool. I like them.

    I quite like jelly fish, really peaceful floating around. Again hard to keep, not got enough time or patience to keep any tropical fish.
