I woulden't lay a hand on their sorry *** I would call the police and press charges. Than I might follow up with a law suit.

I'm a pacifist at heart, and most likely will tear up a bit and walk away from the situation. If it gets really aggressive, and I have to defend myself, that fother mucker is going down.
