Respect their view even if it's not the same as mine.
I've always thought there's a little homo in every homophobic.
My fiance was like that. Me being bisexual, I quickly snapped him out of that. It's just that he didn't understand them. He didn't really get the whole thing and he'd had negative experiences and so when he met me, he realised that there was more to homosexual men and they aren't ALL bad people and they aren't all going for his butthole. He just needed to see things from a different point of view.
O.K you are a woman, who was in a relationship with a man, who was afraid of men who like men.
He is o.k with you being a lesbian, but he is afraid of gay men.

I'd still love them...Try to open their eyes over time but not everyone has the same views
