Resolved Question

Due to a death in my family, we found out that we are second cousins once removed. We plan on still getting married. We are related by extended family that I had never met or even heard of before. That extended family turned out to be her father who she has never met or known. We had no reason to think anything like this could ever happen. Names were not familiar to either of us. We love each other very much and are getting married. For those of you that will say that this is wrong and gross...put yourself in our shoes. Could you just walk away after learning this? What if you had already gotten married, would you divorce? These decisions are not as easy as you might think are they?

second cousins once removed? actually I think that's even legal.. it's not an immediate relative or even a close one. I'd only say to talk to a doctor before having kids..just to make sure there could be no complications. Other than that why should you give up something so precious and rare? I just wouldn't tell anyone and be happy
