    Pay off our mortgage and any other debts. My wife and I figure if we use the rest wisely (don't tell the kids) we could live the next 40 years like we are now. Ah, to dream a dream.

    I'd put it in investments save it up and use it to crush poor people

    Since I'd probably never see that much again, at least at one time; most of it would be invested very safely or parked. Except for needing to get a new VW, I'd go on as I am.

    Pay my back taxes, pay off my mortgage, then pay off the debts of certain people. Then I'd see what would be left.

    - Pay off school debt + bills
    - Donate 10% (Not sure where yet, I'd research tho!)
    - SAVE SAVE SAVE =] for a wedding, for a house, for a future child MAYBE
    - and then... idk, maybe go shopping- spoil myself a little, my boyfriend a little, my family, my dogs, my cat
    - idk what else , i think that covers most of it :D

    I have a **** load of bills for starters!!
    then I would buy a house at the beach..
    and put some in savings for my kids...
    share a bit with family
    save the rest
