What would you do or think if your Boss gave you an HTC Touch Diamond as a Christmas present?

I didn't know what this until I read the first answer. I wouldn't think much of it. He may have gotten a good deal on it or it may have been given to him by someone, a vendor or whomever, and he didn't want so decided to give it to you.

I used to work for a cardiologist and he was always getting gifts from patients, drug reps, etc. He gave me Elton John concert tickets, DVDs, fancy desserts, and a ton of things. I got at least one gift every week, usually 2 or 3. He appreciated my work and wanted me to be happy and stay in his office. We had a good working relationship, but there was nothing "improper" about it at all. I had a good relationship with his wife and his kids' nanny, as well.

Ask him, did he get his wife/gf/anyone else at work the same phone?! Also ask why he gave you that phone? If you are his secretary, or if you need to be on top of keeping up your appointments, may be wants you to be organized.

Enjoy it. Or give it back. Or could be the path for some sexual harassment? depends on what angle you want to work from and what you think/feel is moral to do.

Christmas was 7 months ago. I am intrested in how you handled it. I just got a htc touch diamond last month and I think they are really cool. Already spend like 100 dollars in aps for it. lol.

If my boss gave me that as a Christmas present it would make me uncomfortable. My boss is cheap. I would think he would want me to pay for the gift with my natural goodie.
