That's a pointless question. And even if it happened, the person wouldn't know any languages and would be unable to communice the experience.
If someone lives in a place that never contained a mirror, then chances are that person lived in a place with standing water, like a lake or river. Any child who grows up socialized knows what his or her own reflection looks like, or has a good idea because the child sees the faces of others.
The only way someone wouldn't know what his or her own reflection looks like is if the person grows up alone, a "feral child". Such cases are rare and usually due to abuse or abandonment.
