me and my ex were going out for approximately 6 months..one day a girl for class said she was with a next guy kissing in the bus.this girl hates her.i didn't believe my girl so i dump her.did i do wrong?

Innocent til proven guilty, did any one else witness this.

You need proof before you jump to conclusions. You are the only one that can answer this question.

Nobody can tell you if you've done wrong or right. That is your own judgement. Personally, if you were happy with her, you might have heard her side of the story a little more clearly. And taken time for consideration. The question makes it sound like you just jumped right into believing something, or you did it without being entirely sure and that can be harmful to you and those around you.
