try asprin and tylenol together 325mgs asprin take 2 or 3 of them with a 500 mgs of tylenol....you can get the generic if you want when I am in pain after a workout thats what I take....it doesn't cost that much and you can take it everyday...for about 2 weeks...
I find ibuprophen to work the best for me
aleve take 2 n they last all day
Curcumin as a suppliment, I don't take any NSAIDs now and it's much healthier but calcium suppliments can help if you regularly get sore muscles. You could also try a glass of milk, the protein in it helps your body to recover after exercise quicker :o)
Oil massage will help.
Stretching, yoga, and drink lots of water...
Sounds like Advil to me.
Excedrin and Excedrin PM for the evening but take it sparingly it's a acetaminophen product.
