With the Roast, I would suggest, White Cake with a Cherry Sauce. The Drink... Liebfraumilch Wine.
For spaghetti, I'd follow up with something containing vanilla, like a strawberry shortcake, and with roast, I'd do something with cinnamon, maybe pecan cinnamon buns, with or without caramel. And, for a quick glaze on the buns, mix one cup of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of milk, and a dash of vanilla extract.
I mean 4 tablespoons, sorry. lol Two tablespoons is for half a cup of glaze.
Something like fruit and ice-cream, or a lemon meringue pie or lemon sorbet are good after a rich main course.
