    See if you can go a whole week with no carbs. It's very good to cleanse and you will lose weight. Just be careful re-introducing them to your diet; go slowly.

    You'll see if you cut out carbs and mostly eat protein you will have much more energy aswell

    Cut out carbs and sugar. or drastically lower your intake
