Whats better? :star wars or star trek & why?

I only like star wars because of some of the weird creatures like chewbacka or however you spell it.....they crack me up!! I don't like either very much really....

Comprehensive2	Posted Jun 29th, 2009 at 5:35AM Star Trek. It's more "human" in the stories than with Star Wars which centered basically on five characters. On Star Trek even the lowly enlisteds had a major part in the story. Star Wars was repetative and Star Trek had different scenarios. Rated: +2Vote for this!

unicorn59	Posted Jun 29th, 2009 at 8:05AM I don't care for sci-fi....but, my ex husband was a Trekkie, and my oldest son is IN LOVE with Star Wars, so I've had plenty of exposure... I'm going with Star Wars...they have so many more lovable characters, and ones that you can get attached to, then Star Trek (other than Kirk).... Rated: +1Vote for this!

OldGroupiesNeverD ie	Posted Jun 29th, 2009 at 9:07AM Star Wars, but only if we're talking about the original three movies. It was funnier, it had better action, and the characters were more human and less idealistic. Don't get me wrong: I like Star Trek, but it was always more of an idealized political parable about how humans SHOULD behave, not how we do. Rated: +1Vote for this!
