Nothing -- they're speaking out, but since they aren't actually involved it's like us speaking out against human rights violations in China, it sounds good but the people involved don't really take note.

I don't know about India, but I suspect the Russians sell things to the Libyans. You know if the French actually sold anything to them, they would be against it as well.

We'll probably just send troops to those countries too. We're already juggling 3 different places, whats a few more.
