And uh, the perception that you're somehow eating healthier despite the fact that meat has essential nutrients that cannot be found in vegetables and such.
Our metabolism needs protein. We need vegetables. We rarely eat enough of them. Beans that are protein. But one needs to eat smart. Get out of the fast food rut. (Veggies are NOT french fries.) Balanced meals in smaller portions. And plenty of fresh clear water. Stay away from carbonated beverages.<br />
