What's In Your First Aid Kit...?

Traditionally, First Aid kits are found at the work place. What if you had to make YOUR own version of one? What would you consider, to be important enough to always carry inside of it? (ex: mine would include band-aides, tweezers, tooth brush, shaving razor, a bottle of water, peanut m&m's, ipod, Allergy meds, eye drops, and a visa card)

on boats at sea like i do all the time......everything from morphine and stiching needles and silk to defribs and oxygen........sat phone and SSB radios with pre-programed med assist call asssignments.........extra bottle of rum - geez it's an entire closet sized locker full of supplies, meds and equipment
