eggs/egg whites, cheese, turkey sausage
salad w/chicken, sunflower seeds, shredded cheese, carrots
pork chop, steamed spinach, small sweet potato
1 oz. cocoa almonds
lots of water
Veggie burger with mushroom gravy n potatoes.
