Some time ago, I decided to always be honest. Not even little white lies. Always honesty. It was a life-changing decision.
At some point, and I don't know when, I realized that I could trust my thoughts because I was no longer lying to myself. I hadn't known that I couldn't trust myself before. I was quite surprised along with my joy of having learned one of the secrets of a well lived life.
