I am definitely trying to do less of 'stressing'....ironic how a recent diagnosis of a heart condition has had the doctors warn me the two things that are the most common triggers for my condition....caffeine & stress. I don't drink coffee,so that isn't a problem, but I used to be one to stress over things & now I can truly say this from experience....stress is dangerous to one's health!!!
