I'm not sure if it's your thing, this may be worth checking out even if you don't stick with listening to it. I stumbled across Blue Grass music a month ago or so. This wasn't just Blue Grass, this was rock music set to Blue Grass. If you do a search on "Pickin' On Series" you'll see/hear what I am talking about. Bands like Foo Fighters and Guns and Roses and even Led Zeppelin have been covered.
