I remember one Thanksgiving we had bacon for breakfast, and had some left over for thanksgiving dinner....
Turns out Bacon is delicious dipped in Sweet Potatoes with marshmallows on top!

pickled herring with a dulce de leche ice cream chaser! YUM (I was pregnant with my son) Pickled herring gave me heartburn, ice cream cooled it down; we called him Ignatius; (firey one) or Iggy for short...lol.
