My biggest turn-off? I have a couple of them: rudeness, greediness, baldness, boring, irresponsible, disrespectful, no robots, no or little sense of humor, unattentive, disturbed, a work-a-holic, no hardcore drug users, easily influenced or gullible, hotheaded, sexist jerks, and tech savvy. (which would probably go with greediness...that's a major turn-off: wanting the newest gadget just because/one who likes jumping on the bandwagon or can't think for himself). I can understand if someone has just eaten something and they have bad breath...they can just pop in a mint or some gum, and problem solved. But if they have bad breath everytime I am around them, then that's not attractive.

I think physically, it would be some kind of very visible deformity or a weird nose, bad breath or odor in general or lazy eyes. Mentally, a douche bag, an abuser, a unreformed criminal or a lazy person.
