Godiva is nasty - it tastes like dirt

    I like creme de cacao

I love creme de cacao as well. Don't think Godiva is quite that bad, but it's not nearly as good as the creme

I have only tried Cream de cocoa, which I really disliked, and Chocolate Grappa, which I absolutely loved.

the "mozart". easy enough to find on google. from what i found, is about twice the going rate of bacardi-select.

as for mixing it, raspberry always goes hand-in-hand with chocolate. before even marrying the liquer with raspberry, try creating a raspberry-marmalade foundation. then add some gelatin. stir until purried. refrigerate over-night.

cut gelatin-mixture into cubes (size of gambling dice). fetch your glass, dust the rim with sugar 'n calamansi (or lime), attach a fresh raspberry to the side (with green stem). slide (do not drop) a dozen of the raspberry-cubes into bottom of the glass. now pour the liquer (tilt glass on side - so to not disrupt the dice).

top with half-inch cone of whip-creme.

Baileys is actually Irush creme. Kahlua is a chocolate liqueur.

Sorry, I don't know any more. My sister-in-law brought us back some Mozart liqueur a number of years ago, and the cost of alcohol has shot up in recent years. But it was Gooooooooood!
