Grilled cheese sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dog, macaroni salad, the list goes on. Being a man doesn't mean you don't need to know how to cook. I can make a cake and I can make biscuits - both from scratch. And if I run up on something I don't know how to cook, there's the good old Internet for help. :)

Depends on how hungry you are...
if you are starving- quick cook spaghetti, fry off some mushrooms in garlic butter and stir through- serve with parmesan cheese. (cheap, quick and tasty)
You can add cooked ham, bacon, chicken and halved baby plum tomatoes if you like.

There are lots of good things you can make with not much time. You'd be very surprised what you can do in under an hour.
For example, boiling water and cooking pasta takes less than 30 minutes total. In that time, you could fry up some sausages or meatballs and in a half hour you've got dinner. Saute some spinach with garlic and some eggplant while the meat is cooking and you're set. All in under 30 minutes.
Or you could pan fry a steak. Takes five minutes. So easy and quick. And you can get some good steaks that way. If you want a baked potato you can bake it in the microwave. Just wrap it in two paper towels and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Good stuff. Then just make some broccoli or something while the steak is cooking and there's a quality meal in about 15 minutes.
There is just so much you can do with food. Even if you don't have much time.
