Anything except nothing.
Call a doctor, yo.
If your nose is also pluged then try to put a washcloth with super hot water on it or as hot as you can handle but if it is just a normal headace then you should put on some quiet relaxing music and try to sleep i am very sick right now and thats what i have been doing the past 3 weeks that i have had a HUGE headace hope this helps :)
Sounds a little flu-like...I just got over H1N1 (Swine) flu myself and that's how mine started. If your fever is high or you get a sore throat or dry cough, go to the doctor right away and get Tamiflu. It really lessons the symptoms.
I get migraines and find that sleep in a dark, quiet room helps. I would go to the doctor however if you have never had this happen before and have not been diagnosed with migraines. It could be any number of factors, stress, dehydration etc. . Good Luck
Excedrin Express Gels work really well. So does lying down and staying hydrated.
Dehydration is a major cause of headaches - so drink some water every hour. But it does sound as if your's is related to an infection or a viral illness. Do see your doctor if the treatments people suggest don't work within 12 hours. DON'T leave it more than 12 hours.
Doctor... NOW! Could be a bllodclot iinyour brain if it is that BAD! In that case, you will mostlikel;y have astroke. Trust me, I KNOW all too well.
A doctor would tell you to take something for the headache. People respond in different ways to the different types of pain relievers. If you have a very high fever that will not go down, or the headache is still after 24 hours, get to a doctor.
If you press your thumb really hard at the crown of your head... I mean, press it really hard until it hurts and hold it there for thirty seconds... When you release it, it will have "reset" the plates of your skull and it relieves the pressure... I swear this actually works!
Far as a fever goes, take two tylenol... And the dizziness should go away with a catnap...
if these symptoms persist, please do contact a doctor!
Hope this helps, I'm speaking with a medical background!
Take a painkiller and a cat nap, best in a dark room with little noise or interuptions.
damn sorry to hear you feel so bad....
If that we me... I would take some pain relievers, take a nicel long shower, get on my comfy jamies and take a nap!!
drink a lot of water, juice... eat some soup!
hope you feel better very soon!!
