    Probiotic yogurt in an empty stomach. Drink plenty of water, avoid stuff that ferments or takes a long time to digest and have a look at food combining diets- they use the idealogy that there are foods that you shouldnt eat together as it inhibits the digestive process. might be worth a look.

    I HAD READ IN A HOME REMIDIES ARTICLE THAT CRUSHING WOOD CHARCOL & ADDING IT TO WATER, THEN DRINKING, IS SUPPOSE TO PURIFY YOUR STOMACH. THE CHARCOL ABSORBS THE BAD STUFF. YOU MAY WANT TO GOOGLE IT & SEE WHAT YOU FIND OUT. HOPE IT HELPS.

    You need the bacteria in your stomach, Eat yoghurt to build them back up as they are your first line of defense against stomach ills.
