You can't. You just have to say "no" to bad stress as much as possible and gravitate towards "good stress"--like exercise and productivity. Eat healthy and get enough sleep.

I've been trying to cut down on my stress, too. And I've found that establishing clear boundaries for myself and others has really helped me recently. Don't spread yourself too thin, learn how to say "no," and don't let others take advantage of you.

Take some time every day to do something healthy for your mind, body, or spirit. And always shut everything down and unwind at least an hour before bedtime. Using the computer or watching TV too late at night can make it harder for your brain to shut down and prepare for sleep.

Turn your bathroom into your own private spa getaway. You don't have to break the bank to do that. Load up on bath salts, bubble baths, candles, lotions. Learn how to pamper yourself. :-)

The best way for me is the complete change of scene and routine that going away on vacation gives. Really charges my batteries big time. May such a time come again!

I do have a vacation planned but it's in June and I'm looking for something more short term at the moment to get me to June :)

Relieves what's pent up..and what's pent up causes stress, so I don't see why it wouldn't help..
