Do things that makes you feel good . Exercise, meditate, read good books, do a hobby, listen to motivational speaker-( there are a lot of list at the library and you could borrow it), do volunteer, help at home, let yourself be surrounded with positive people, join clubs or groups that you like and positive in their activities, live a healthy lifestyle, always smile and think positive.
