Even though you don't need to, it is quite simple.<br />
Look at what you currently eat/drink now and think about substitutes. Drink much sugary stuff? Have one coke or whatever in a day, no more. One chocolate bar etc. Have smaller portions of everything. <br />
I heard that eating popcorn is good because it fills you up fast with very little fats.
High animal protein, green vegetables, fruits. 20 min brisk walk every day, perferably morning as it jump starts you metabolism. Drink plenty of water to flush out your system. That should help you lose 10 lbs in a month. You can do it. No Cheating!
Cut your calorie intake by about 25% and exercise like there's no tomorrow

Figure out why you gained it, in the first place, and then change it.
Cut out all grains, sugars, dairy, and any other non-essentials of diet<br />
Eat only meat, nuts, seeds, fruit, and veggies<br />
Drink only water and tea
