Absolutely, water helps! Only drink water! And only eat air. :D Seriously, though. Water and salads really help.

In a nutshell. Burn more calories than you take in. And yeah. Many people confuse hunger and thirst. Drink before you eat

Important!!!!!! drink room temperature water!! If you drink ice water it solidifies the fats and oils in your stomach and they do not break down properly. It is also suggested that you drink 16 ounces of water first thing in the morning, then wait 45 minutes before drinking or eating anything else. I believe that the Japanese and other oriental cultures have done this for many years. I just started doing this a few weeks ago. Google it and see what comes up.

Water sure helps, it purifies. Lemon is helpful too. But what is most important, is eating healthy, no fastfood and low fat. If you really want to loose some weight, then try the Weight Watcher's program. But on the picture you look healthy to me.

One trick a few people use is to eat things like rice or bread and have a lot to drink with it. It gives you a feeling of being full that will tide you over for a while.
Personally in my opinion eat less more often. Eating throughout the day about six times a day will help your natural metabolism. Eat part of a meal not the whole meal each time. For example if you even have fast food and lets say it is a chicken sandwich and some fries with a drink. Eat the chicken sandwich first and snack of the fries for the next hour or so. Don't just keep eating because food is in front of you take your time with it. Your body is set to take a load of food on every so often and can only process so much at one time. So the rest gets put to waste and fat frequently.
The healthiest thing you can do is work out a bit prior to meals. This way your body absorbs what it really needs rather than just what ever is there.

The best way to lose weight is to use up less calories than you take in. Eat less, move around more. Water is essential to a healthy body but will never be a magic potion. I hope you lose the weight that you want to.

It is not that the water itself helps...
But it is just that it will keep you from taking other stuff with more calories XP
