Be healthy, use coconut oil for conditioning, trim your hair at least every 6 weeks and stay away from harsh chemicals.

Trim it monthly , use hair protector spray when you apply heat to it , condition it, take vitamin tablets and massage your scalp in the evenings to stimulate hair follicles

Take vitamin tablets from health shops...use conditioning masks in your hair ..that way it's less damaged when you go back to the hairdresser and they will cut less off..straighten it very little
