Place a pillow over their face and hold down tightly for several minutes....
I tried everything and nothing worked. Now I just go sleep on the sofa.
Kick them in the posterior.
It depends on what causes his/her snoring. Allergies, swollen tonsils, misaligned jaw, etc can all contribute to snoring.
Try rolling them on their side. It keeps their throat from constricting and assists breathing, both of which can help.
If it's really bad and your partner is showing signs of sleep apnea (inconsistent snoring/breathing where someone stops breathing while sleeping) they should see a doctor.
Hm, how loud are you?
Concrete shoes have wprked in the past
Drop some Tabasco down his throat while that mouth is open. Drip drop, one after the other. If that doesn't do it, drop some in his eyes and ears, too.
Push really hard on his back while he's facing away from each you and roll him out of bed and onto the floor. This wakes him up enough he doesn't snore for a few minutes. Then, if he groggily asks what happened as he's laying on the floor, just tell him he fell out of bed to keep the heat off of yourself.
It's a much less final solution than smothering him with a pillow over his face. Good luck! lol
Confront your partner, they can either get medical help or nasal strips from a local store.
Duct Tape? Or maybe just pushing them over onto their side.... some people snore no matter what though. But if it's new there might be medical reason.
