firstly "MOLE" is defined as the amount of any substance(Atoms,Molecules,Ions) which has 6.02 x 10^23.
Or
A mole is 1gram of atomic mass, 1gram of molecular mass, 1gram of formula mass or 1gram of any substance which is equal to 6.02 x 10^23.
Or
The same number of particles found in any substance like there is hydrogen whose atomic mass is 1 but there is 6.02 x 210^23 particles.
Or
The unit of measurement which can measure anything by the comparison of value 6.02 x 10^23.

now secondly Avogadro's number,
Avogadro's number is defined as the number which has constant value of
6.02 x 10^23.
Or
Avogadro's number is defined as the number use for calculating atoms, molecules, ions with respect to 6.02 x 10^23.

Avogadro's number is the number of atoms, molecules or ions in one mole of a substance.

"Mole" refers to the actual QUANTITY of a substance whereas Avogadro's number tells us how many constituent particles that quantity is made up of.
