Stress is that hurt in your stomach as it tries to eat it's way out causing ulcers. Tension is the tightness in your shoulders and neck and the feeling that someone is squeezing your chest. Panic is the combination of everything and you want to run outside pulling your hair and screaming hestarically.
Stress = walking round in circles. Tension = I need sé'x. Panic = riping your hair out.
Stress is the pressure we feel from outside the body, mind, and spirit...Tension is the posture of our bodies in response to the stress...and Panic is the mind telling us we must do something to relieve the stress...usually a bad choice, where as most stress is just the minds impression to certain circumstances...
well emotional or physical stress usually comes with making love to another man's wife, which can lead to the worry or tension which can lead to panic when you've overstayed and he's coming through the door.
