traveller`s diarrhea = o s h i t, where can i s h i t!..........stay at home diarrhea = gotta go s h i t!..........;-)
I would say, if you are going on holiday and you have diarrhea in the car, but stay-at-home is when it happens when you're at home, so you can easily stay near the toilet.
i think traveling diarrhea accompanies a fever and chills. (and possibly night sweats,) And you usually get it when you go over seas
Travelers just seems worse. That's why you should get a "traveling to a different country, and afraid of the local culture/food&water" shot to prevent this from happening
The place you spend most of your time.
You know where the toilet is at home.
