Okay it sounds like you dont need to loose weight you need body conditioning. so spend a week on a lemon cleanse (no more) and dance for 60 mins a day and do atleast 100 crunches a day for a month ( break it down 50 in the morning before you eat and 50 before you sleep). you will be shocked with the fast results. - MissLorii
