well its good motivation, but I know people who are stick thin who still think they have a tummy bulge or whatever! Be healthy, and be glad you are healthy have a great time - that is the secret to being beautiful anyway. Have fun, be yourself, don't worry so much and this well help others to do the same.

Stay away from carbs and breads. Avoid sugary soda and juices. Eat alot of vegetables and salads. Don't go crazy with fruit, it can pack alot of natural calories. Try to exercise or walk at least 25 minutes for 3 to 4 days out of the week. Eat smaller portions; eat more fiber fulling desserts or foods.
