Ventura37	Posted Oct 6th, 2009 at 4:37PM On Oahu there is a restaurant called Roy's (There is four locations and I went to one in Waikiki). Their macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi may have been the most delicious thing I ever ate. It is fish but as delicate as a tiramisu, nothing is greasy or less than perfectly cooked. The macadamia crust was wafer thin and added the most subtle accent to the finest cooked fish. I walked back to my hotel with a tear of joy knowing that I may never eat something as wonderful as that dish.......... Rated: +1Vote for this!
