Whats the first memory of your life that you can remember?

My father home on leave and being dressed in a brown uniform unlike anything he had ever worn.Everybody was very happy, it was probably the end of WWII so I was 3.

I dont know if it was the first memory but i was around 3 and my mom was going to pick up my new baby brother from the hospital (he was a newborn but had to stay in longer than her)

I dont remember the order of my memories but I do remember tottering round in my nappies

I can remember being on the back porch with our kitten "Tabby" (not a very original name) and a big cat walked past and my mum said that is tabby's mum. I said what is her name and she said I don't know maybe Mrs.Tabby.

And I remember taking a birthday card with a handkerchief in it to give to a girl called Karen one morning at breakfast time around the same time. She and her brother Michael had cups that had a whistle on the handle. I must have been about 3 at the time.

Another thing I remember is we had just finished our evening meal and I had a hot cup of Milo that was too hot to drink. My parents wanted me to hurry because we were going for a walk to my nannas place and dad said we will just put a saucer on top of the cup to keep it warm for when you get home.

Pretty boring memories!!!

Preschool, maybe 4, I had forgotten to take off my pj bottoms and hade to hide them in my lunch box.

i remember i was about 5..it was the last memory i have of my mother....her and my dad were fighting and i was sitting on the floor eating candy she had given me..i remember her hugging me and saying everything will be ok..and thats about it...

When my parents moved to Castro Valley, California when I was 4 years old. Some woman was showing my parents the ranch that we were fixing to move too, and there was a white horse on springs, you know, the one you sit on and goes up and down. It was on the grass near the horse stalls. It was raining outside and I remember stareing out the window thinking about how bad I wanted to ride that toy. lol. I got alot of real life experiences after that on real horses, but I still have a fondness for those toys

welll... it got to be .. last time i saw my brother.. he was about 7 when i was 3 .. and my parents send him to live with my granpa whos ill we were close so close he would always be with me..he was like my mom .. feeding me... taking me out.. then thats the last time i saw in the air port ... few weeks later he pased away .. in a accident..

when I was five or six in my first home(apartment) at night there were these people that would hang out in the alleyway under my window that would talk loudly and I would open my window and yell shhh or shut up and they would yell shut up back so I would take a glass of water and spill it on them and hear them swear and and complain and they stopped being so loud and left.

Well, I was in my crib, in diapers and my pacifier broke. I remember climbing over the railing of my crib (and can still feel the railing on my stomach when I think of it) and running into my grandmother's bedroom to get her to fix it. It must have been a Sunday because she was resting in bed with a cup of tea - the only morning she would do such a thing. She took the pacifier and put it back together for me and told me a story of how one of her brothers had nearly swallowed his pacifier and she had to save him. I would say that I was about 18 months old at the time. I think I have other memories, but only flashes which I couldn't date.

My first steps.

My 4th birthday party. I wore a white dress that had clowns on it that my mom had made and had my hair in a ponytail. It was just neighborhood friends at the party...We had a card table set up in the driveway. That was the birthday I got 'Dude', my forever favorite male "ken" doll ( He wasn't a ken..he was Jazzy's boyfriend and so was shorter than most ken's because Jazzy was a teen..anyways)... good times!!

I remember when I was 5 year old girl and tried to learn how to ride a bike. There was a small hill and I fell two or three times till I got it right =)
