a diesel locomotive , as kids we lived near a train yard and I had read where a faulty deadman switch was the reason for a runaway train well I mentioned this to a Engineer and he was so impress that I knew and was interested he took me aboard a locomotive and showed me how a switch on the floor has to have pressure in order for the train to move and in the process I got to move the train forward and back several times . I was 13 yrs old at the time
