6 months. I kept my stomach full and ate whatever appealed. (pregnancy)

I also spent a couple of years in my early 20's stressed and nauseous. Tums, pepto, little green chewable things that helped. What really helped was changing my life so as not to be stressed. Not being snide, that's what it was.

Are you allergic to anything? A good friend found out she was sensitive to apples/apple juice . That's in A LOT of things. What about gluten? lactose? Try keeping a food diary and tracking your nausea.

    Good luck
