I very rarely use them, but i cut it very close,and sometimes just sleep in anyway, i always feel more tired and sleep better, when i have to get up for something,but i usually only get to sleep a few hours before i have to get up again and the snooze period is usually the best sleep i get.

I've gotten to the point I just unplugged the alarm completely.

No snooze button, but I've been known to reset my alarm and go back to sleep or to even decide I didn't really need to get up that badly and simply turn it off.

I am usually awake before it goes off anyway.....so I don't hit the snooze
