    I've gotten a couple of direct replies from Arsineh(sp?) in the I WANT TO IMPROVE EP section, but never received a reply to a direct e-mail

    Hard to say. Sometimes they don't reply, but they still fix the problem.

    Sometimes they never answer. Then I unfriend them. It's obvious they don't care to talk to me.

    Compared to others here, it only took admin a week to get back to me.....that was the first time! The second time.....well, I'm still waiting!
