usually if i don't hear from him one or two days in a row i'll get worried. he gets super busy and i don't want be hover cause i know he doesn't like it either. i trust him and i know that he is just over whelmed and stressed.

I'd wait a whole day and if I didn't hear anything back, I'd be a little worried. I like to have daily contact with a person.
