I always laugh when i think of this one. I lived and worked in a small community and stooped by the local convenience store almost daily, being single at the time I would flirt with a young female clerk. So one weekend morning I went in and the place was empty except for she and I. I was wearing my favorite well worn jeans, they were getting tattered with small holes at the edges of the rear pockets. I was taking my time getting my nerve up to ask this girl out, so i fidgeted around , went to a counter across from the check out and squatted down to look in the glass case. It was quiet and as soon as i got down there was a loud tearing noise. . I got up paid for my stuff and shuffled out, when i got home i found my jeans had ripped from the crotch to the belt line<it was the only thing holding it together. By the time i finally went back to the store again the girl no longer worked there. Oh man !

I was once at dinner with my girlfriend and another couple - to whom I started to relate a story about something my girlfriend and I had once done. Half way through telling the story, I remembered to my horror that it was my previous girlfriend who had been involved, not the one sat next to me.
