I don't think there is one, at present, though there is so much new technology out now.....
I think our greatest effort has been at spreading and disseminating our knowledge and machines, so it has changed alot of lives ( Those who can pay for it). We pretty built upon what we already knew. But the nuclear weapon, and advertising are my top two picks. Destruction and mind control.
