I'd tell you if I could identify it. I was in Korea and we had just given a box of MREs to a family that lived near our base. They offered us in and had us sit with them for dinner. I don't know what I ate but I was polite about it. Very nice family with a little farm. I will never forget them.

It's probably not weird to most people, but cow tongue. It's not too bad, but I'm not fond of the texture. It's like a roast that's cooked far too long. Also barbecued goat, and it's fantastic!
